Refuse To Be A Crime Victim

Make your personal security a priority and refuse to be a crime victim now and forever! Violent crime is becoming more prevalent everywhere and affecting women in greater numbers than ever before.  Crime is not just in the big cities anymore.  In fact, do you know what these women - Eve Carson, Lauren Burk, Brianna Denison, Brittany Zimmerman and Imette St. Guillen - from small communities throughout America have in common? They are all dead - murdered by sadistic predators whose main goal was to prey on and savagely brutalize innocent young women.

Women need to become more proactive with their personal security.  That means you may need to take self-defense training or carry a non-lethal or lethal weapon for added protection.  The more mentally prepared you are with self-defense education and situational awareness strategies, the more confident and empowered you become.  You will be more aware of potentially dangerous situations, more alert to your surroundings, and less likely to become a target of crime.

An effective weapon in your personal security arsenal may be to carry some sort of personal protection that evens the playing field with a perpetrator.  You may be mentally prepared to defend yourself if attacked; however, if the attacker is several times larger than you a non-lethal weapon like a TASER, Stun Gun, Pepper Spray or Mace may be a good defensive weapon to disable an attacker giving you time to escape to safety and alert the police.  Whatever non-lethal or lethal protection you use, be sure to keep safety in mind and learn how to properly use the device.

Stop by The Personal Security Store and checkout some simple, easy to use personal security devices you can carry in your purse, keep in your car, strap to your arm while jogging, and have inside your home.  Remember, it's always better to be prepared to defend and protect yourself no matter where you are and always 'refuse to be a crime victim!'
